Client Servicing Executive

At V-Do Creative, we collaborate with some of the most innovative brands in the country, helping them craft stories that inspire, engage, and deliver results.


The Responsibilities:

MANAGE

·      Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

·      Understand client objectives and ensure all creative output aligns with their goals.

·      Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships that encourage repeat business..


CO-ORDINATE

·      Work closely with internal teams - creative, production, social - to ensure timely delivery.

·      Convert client briefs into actionable tasks with clear expectations and timelines.

·      Track project progress and ensure on-time, high-quality execution.


COMMUNICATE

·      Present ideas, updates, and deliverables confidently to clients.

·      Gather feedback constructively and ensure revisions are managed smoothly.

·      Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and dependencies.


OPTIMIZE & DELIVER

·      Maintain clarity across multiple projects and prioritise effectively.

·      Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.

·      Support post-delivery reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify improvement areas.


The Foundation:

·      Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or MBA preferred.

·      1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination (agency experience preferred).

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

·      Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

·      Bonus: Experience in video production, creative agencies, or digital marketing.
