Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer, located in Delhi, India. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics for various media, including video production, graphic design, and motion graphics projects. The designer will work closely with the creative team to develop visual content and concepts to support STIR's diverse projects and initiatives. Produce consistent, in-brand videos and communications using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro) Create high-level brand-compliant videos Create world-class output in newsletters, brochures, infographics, presentations, mailers, posters, event branding, standees, banners, etc. Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project. Work on a written script and produce motion graphic videos and static communication based on it Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (social media videos, website communication, emailer, print, etc.) Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc Work collaboratively with stakeholders and other team members to ideate, conceptualize and materialize ideas that simplify complex topics Be proactive in identifying and initiating improvements to existing graphics material/templates Required Qualifications Bachelor’s in communication design, animation, video production, graphic arts, or similar qualification Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a graphic/video designer Knowledge of graphic tools – Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign Excellent coordination and organizing skills Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and design work Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines Experience in Video Production

Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to execute differently every time. ? Technology adaptation ? Strong experience in participating in new business pitches. Essential Competencies ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. ? At least 2-3 years of client servicing & event management experience. ? Good presentation skills (PPT). ? Willing to travel ? Should have worked in event industry and aware of the dynamics. ? Excellent verbal and written English communication skills ? Strong problem-solving abilities to address client issues and concerns effectively ? Should be highly motivated, passionate and goal-oriented ?
