? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
? Managing client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction with a company's products or services
? Understanding client requirements and communicating them to internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
? Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to clients
? Working together with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
? Prepare and present service proposals, contracts and agreements to clients.
? Stay updated with the industry changes and share the relevant information with the clients.
? Managing end to end event projects.
? Creates and conducts effective presentation for the Client along with Internal Teams
? Responsible for profit for the project assigned.
? Appropriate engagement post-sale about project deployment, working closely with the operation, creative & digital team.
? Consistently meet and exceed quality delivery
? Provide timely reports
? Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to execute differently every time.
? Technology adaptation
? Strong experience in participating in new business pitches.
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
? At least 2-3 years of client servicing & event management experience.
? Good presentation skills (PPT).
? Willing to travel
? Should have worked in event industry and aware of the dynamics.
? Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities to address client issues and concerns effectively
? Should be highly motivated, passionate and goal-oriented
? Must be able to work with minimal supervision
