At Hashtag, the Client Servicing Executive keeps projects moving, clients aligned, and the creative teams unblocked.


You’re the bridge between the brand and the internal teams, ensuring clarity, follow-ups, feedback loops, approvals, and deadlines all move in sync.

You’ll work closely with the social, design, and video teams, supporting the Client Servicing Manager to build strong relationships, ensure smooth delivery, and maintain a stress-free workflow for everyone involved.

What You’ll Do

Client Coordination

  • Be the point of contact for day-to-day brand communication.
  • Take notes in meetings, summarise action points, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collect feedback from clients and communicate it clearly to internal teams.
  • Support in preparing review decks, reports, and presentations.


Project Tracking

  • Maintain delivery timelines using Slack / Asana.
  • Track the status of design, video, copy, and content deliverables.
  • Flag potential delays early and propose solutions.
  • Ensure zero-miss on deadlines, approvals, and handovers.


Internal Collaboration

  • Keep the social, design, and video teams aligned on what’s due and by when.
  • Help schedule reviews, internal checkpoints, and client presentations.
  • Maintain brand-wise dashboards and trackers for weekly visibility.


Quality & Delivery

  • Review content before sending: ensure caption accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with brand tone.
  • Send posts, creatives, and deliverables to clients cleanly and professionally.
  • Maintain file hygiene, folder structure, and documentation.


Who You Are

  • 1.5–2+ years of experience in a creative/digital role involving coordination or client handling.
  • Excellent communication: clear, warm, and structured.
  • Highly organised and proactive, you don’t wait for reminders.
  • Understands how a creative agency works across teams.
  • Calm under pressure and solution-led.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience handling multi-brand retainers.
  • Understanding of social media content formats.
  • Basic ability to proofread copy/captions.
  • Comfort with tools like Slack, Asana, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Interest in growing into a Client Servicing Manager / Account Manager role.
