Client Servicing Executive - Trainee

Department: Client Services Reports To: Manager - Client Servicing Summary: As a Client Servicing Executive - Trainee, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of basics of digital marketing Responsibilities: Work alongside the Manager in research on brands, their online presence. Inline withe Manager, understand client objectives, goals, and requirements, and develop customized digital marketing strategies to meet their needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing specialists, content creators, and designers, in delivering their work assignments. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing or account management in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
