About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to support day-to-day client communication, project coordination, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience working in an advertising or digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the link between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, production).
• Understand client requirements and prepare clear briefs for the internal team.
• Coordinate daily activities, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all client projects.
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, social media calendars, and brand activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent communication.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for ongoing projects.
• Gather feedback from clients and ensure revisions are completed on time.
• Support the Account Manager/Team Lead in managing client expectations and delivering high-quality work.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign workflows
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and client-friendly approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
