About the Role:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key point of contact for clients under the Brand Solutions vertical, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
Decode client briefs into clear objectives, insights, and actionable plans for internal teams.
Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to develop effective brand communication.
Co-own the strategic development process from positioning and messaging to campaign planning.
Drive 360° campaign execution across formats: digital content, print, film, branded content, events, and more.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal standards.
Present strategies, creative concepts, and performance updates to clients with clarity and confidence.
Proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in an advertising agency (mainline, digital, or integrated).
Proven ability to understand and translate client requirements into sharp, actionable briefs.
Strong exposure to campaign strategy and experience working closely with creative teams.
Deep understanding of the brand ecosystem — digital-first and traditional.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
