We at Akar Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. are seeking a proactive and solution-driven Client Servicing Executive with a 360° understanding of advertising, branding, and digital to manage client relationships and drive seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs.
• Build strong client relationships & ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage project budgets, monitor spending, and understand basic P&L requirements.
• Monitoring project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to financial constraints.
• Coordinate with creative, design, strategy, and digital teams for timely output.
• Handle multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, films, activations, branding).
• Drive new business opportunities & upsell agency capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns for PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) & Government clients.
• Strong understanding of 360° marketing - ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media & Branding.
• Excellent communication, presentation & project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple brands & tight deadlines.
• A team player with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Good communication skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi and Marathi.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Good to Have:

Experience in handling integrated campaigns.

Knowledge of media planning & buying.

Basic understanding of digital performance metrics & analytics.

Strong negotiation & client handling skills.
