Client Servicing Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand clients' needs and objectives to create effective advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and research teams to deliver client solutions.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and cost management.
• Present campaign proposals and performance reports to clients.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven 1+yrs experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in advertising.
• Strong understanding of advertising principles and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
