Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket for a Client Servicing Executive. The role involves maintaining and fostering strong client relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing presentations, addressing client concerns, and acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred
