Work directly with clients or internal stakeholders to define project goals, provide updates, and deliver final creative. Conduct market and audience research to inform and elevate design strategy. Oversee design interns or junior designers as needed, providing guidance and feedback. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive messaging across all deliverables. Manage timelines and budgets, delivering projects on time and within scope. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize design processes and team efficiency. Troubleshoot creative or workflow issues and propose thoughtful solutions. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in graphic design with a strong, diverse portfolio (print and digital).
