Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the strategic partner and single point of contact for key clients, owning the overall relationship, communication, and growth.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of client servicing executives and account managers to deliver exceptional results.

• Understand client requirements, business goals, and market trends to create strong, insight-driven briefs for the creative and execution teams.

• Ensure that internal teams remain aligned with client expectations through all stages of the project—concept to delivery—while meeting timelines and budget constraints.

• Make informed, strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to support long-term brand and business goals.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, and troubleshoot potential issues before they escalate.

• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention by regularly reviewing account performance, campaign effectiveness, and new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Client Servicing/Account Management/ Business Development experience in a creative/marketing/advertising agency (preferably handling multi-industry clients).

• Proven ability to manage and grow a team, as well as work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and strategy departments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable command of English.

• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.

• Ability to present confidently to senior clients and internal leadership.

• Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, diplomatic, and energetic with a collaborative attitude.
