We will count on you to:

  • This role encompasses managing client insurance operations, supporting content creation/concept notes for clients, and assisting in the development of engagement plans to drive business growth. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and client-focused solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client insurance operations including policy management, claims management, and management information systems (MIS) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop persuasive proposal and presentation content, including executive summaries & concept notes tailored to client needs, adhering to company best practices.
  • Help create content for clients such as concept notes on exposure analysis, new risk evaluations, and other relevant materials to support client understanding and decision-making.
  • Assist in creating engagement plans for key clients and prospects, including proposals, client-specific seminars, and other targeted initiatives to strengthen client relationships and business opportunities.
  • Serve as a key resource for benchmarking data leveraging insurance industry knowledge and data handling expertise to analyze datasets supporting business improvement, strategy projects, and client management.
  • Conduct gap analysis against benchmark data and provide strategic insights to client executive teams across various business areas to adapt plans and address resource and operational challenges.
  • Ensure all incoming work is managed efficiently, accurately, and within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deadlines to consistently meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations.
  • Support both short-term and long-term operational and strategic business initiatives.
  • Facilitate strategy formulation by identifying client and prospect business drivers and directing optimal proposal communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with client executives to manage the end-to-end RFP/bid/tender response process, including pitch strategy formulation, content development, documentation preparation, and support for client presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Obtain feedback and conduct debrief sessions with client relationship managers and consulting teams post-proposal to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with client executives, operations, and other stakeholders to prioritize RFP responses and align resources effectively.
  • Manage components or entire processes of complex proposal and presentation development, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm to learn and develop deep knowledge of the insurance industry, products, and market trends to better support clients and internal teams.
  • Experience managing client insurance operations including policy and claims management, and familiarity with MIS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and client content such as concept notes and risk evaluations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in gap analysis and strategic insight generation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and benchmarking, preferably with knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with client executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.
  • Ability to support both operational and strategic business activities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate feedback sessions and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to assist in developing client engagement plans including proposals and client-specific seminars.
