Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Engagement Manager, located in Mohali district. The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing program and project management, and providing consulting services. Daily tasks will include analyzing client needs, ensuring effective communication between clients and the company, and delivering successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess and understand client needs
• Experience in program management and project management
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
• Consulting experience to provide strategic advice and solutions
• Ability to travel in and around Tricity region for client meetings & presentations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of digital marketing & AI marketing tools
