CRM Pitching & Selling Engage with Business Owners, Directors, Sales Heads, and Operations Teams to identify CRM gaps, understand workflow challenges, and demonstrate how our CRM solutions can increase revenue and productivity. Lead lists will be provided, along with structured outreach training. 2. CRM Consultation & Discovery Conduct requirement analysis, research client industries, and understand their existing processes. Use this knowledge to propose relevant CRM solutions, automation strategies, and workflow improvements. 3. Relationship Building Develop long-term professional relationships with clients. Address queries, coordinate demo sessions, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. 4. Sales Pipeline & Task Management Maintain follow-ups, track sales stages, and record progress inside our CRM and task management tools. You will use: Our in-house CRM Google Spreadsheets Zoom/Google Meet Training will be provided. For all qualified opportunities initiated by you, commissions will be released upon payment realisation— no questions asked . 5. Collaboration Work closely with founders, CRM consultants, and workflow architects to ensure solutions are aligned with client goals. Reference decks, sample workflows, demo videos, and proposal formats will be provided. 6. Industry Knowledge Stay updated on CRM trends, automation technologies, AI CRM tools, and competitor offerings. Share insights to help improve The CRM People’s services and positioning. Requirements 1. English Fluency Excellent spoken & written English is essential. Hindi or any other Indian language is a bonus for regional leadership. 2. Sales Experience Prior experience in selling ideas, tech, IT, SaaS, marketing services, or consulting solutions is required. Experience selling CRM or software solutions is a major advantage. 3. Problem-Solving Mindset You must be able to understand client pain points, think analytically, and propose CRM-based solutions creatively. 4. Relationship Skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and nurture client relationships. 5. Self-Motivated Hungry, driven, and capable of working independently while meeting targets. 6. Adaptability Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities. 7. Research Capability Ability to research client industries, decode processes, and identify automation opportunities. Full support, guidance, and scripts will be provided. 8. Tech-Friendly Must be comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, Zoom/Meet, and online tools. Training + an assessment (not an elimination criteria) will be provided to ensure readiness.
