Role Description

The Client Engagement Manager will oversee customer relationships to ensure a seamless experience, acting as the liaison between the company and its clients to understand and meet their needs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include managing client communications, supporting program management efforts, providing consulting insights, handling project management tasks, and ensuring client satisfaction through analytical decision-making and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions
• Expertise in Program Management and Project Management to lead and oversee client-focused initiatives
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and project tracking systems is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in client engagement or real estate services is an asset
