Location:

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics and Video Editor who has a passion for storytelling

across digital and print media. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the design team and Art

Director, and will be responsible for taking visual content from concept to final cut — including editing raw

footage, designing compelling motion graphics, and delivering polished video projects for a variety of

platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor Team: Manage and guide a team of editors & animators, ensuring high-quality output and fostering growth.
• Hands-on Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for digital, social, and broadcast media, maintaining creative and technical standards.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with creative, marketing, and design teams to align video content with project goals and brand vision.
• Quality Control: Review final video content to ensure consistency, flow, and adherence to creative briefs.
• Project & Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure the team delivers within deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Performance & Development: Provide feedback to team members, identify training opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends and tools.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot creative or technical challenges in both editing and team processes to ensure smooth production.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Film Studies, Cinematography, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in both video editing and motion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), and experience with
• 2D/3D animation software.
• Familiarity with editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, and Lightworks is a plus.
