As a psychotherapist joining our founding team, you will engage in long-term psychotherapy grounded in theory and practice. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting psychotherapy sessions with clients - Maintaining documentation and process notes - Participating in supervision and personal therapy to ensure ongoing competence Furthermore, there may be opportunities for you to contribute to both our client-facing and therapist-facing initiatives, providing flexibility in your role.
