We are looking for a seasoned Video Editor who can drive the narrative of mental health with us across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and full YouTube episodes. Maintain high creative standards from storytelling flow to sound design, pacing, and typography. Apply motion graphics, text overlays, and visual cues that make content more engaging and easier to follow. Technical Excellence We're Looking For: Manage the full post-production workflow from ingesting footage to final export. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, etc. is a must. Optimize video exports for different platforms (aspect ratios, codecs, compression, audio etc.).
