Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in the Kolkata metropolitan area and involves working as a Client Servicing Executive. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, and overseeing account management processes to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and a client-centric approach to build long-term professional relationships and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Skills in creating and delivering compelling Presentations that communicate ideas effectively.
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Account Management processes for efficient project oversight and coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
