We’re looking for a Business Development Associate who isn’t just a people person, but a go-getter who understands how to spot opportunities, build trust, and drive business results - all while keeping clients happy and engaged. At V-Do Creative, we work with some of the most exciting brands to tell their stories through high-impact videos. If you’re passionate about marketing, video content, and driving growth through great communication, we want to meet you. The Responsibilities: IDENTIFY · Build targeted databases of potential client segments. · Research companies to evaluate market potential and fit. · Collect and log decision-maker contacts (e.g., Marketing Heads, Brand Managers) into our CRM. NURTURE · Regularly reach out via calls, LinkedIn, emails, or industry events. · Share relevant updates - new videos, industry-specific work, topical content, or recent wins to stay top-of-mind. CONVERT · Set up meetings or discovery calls with leads. · Understand client needs, identify gaps, and pitch customized video solutions. · Collaborate with the creative team, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery. RETAIN · Be the primary point of contact for ongoing client relationships. · Track video performance, request feedback, and ensure continued client satisfaction. · Build long-term trust that leads to repeat business. The Foundation: · Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or MBA preferred. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Exceptionally organized with great attention to detail. · Bonus if you have experience in video production, digital marketing, or brand communication.
