Job Description

Role Summary:

The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring smooth execution of promotional campaigns. This role demands strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. The ideal candidate will have experience in promotional marketing, client handling, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service quality.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of brand promotion campaigns including consumer promotions, trade activations, contests and sweepstakes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments—Creative, Product Development, Operations, Fulfilment, Legal, and Finance—to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
  • Ensure all campaign deliverables align with scope of work, client expectations, brand guidelines, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and offering relevant solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive organic growth.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance, activity plans, reports, and post-campaign analysis turning numbers into actionable insights.
  • Manage project budgets, invoicing, and reporting in coordination with the finance team.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the brand promotions and activations space.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or similar roles.
  • Prior experience in an agency or marketing services environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in growing client accounts and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in advertising, promotions, direct marketing, or brand activation.
  • Exposure to end-to-end campaign management and integrated marketing services.
