Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview: As a Client Servicing Manager at our company in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of B2B marketing strategies. Your primary role will involve acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure that all projects align with client goals and company objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and marketing goals. - Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with strategic solutions. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to their objectives. - Work closely with creative, digital marketing, and media content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. - Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery. - Manage budgets for client projects, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI. - Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution. - Have familiarity with SaaS, manufacturing, fintech, or other B2B industries. - Prior agency experience or working with multiple brands is a plus. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, account management, or a related role. - Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing strategies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams. - Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies. - Proficiency in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution. - Previous experience in SaaS, manufacturing, fintech, or other B2B industries is advantageous.
