Client Servicing Executive

As a Client Servicing Executive at ICAN EVENTS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and overall client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients throughout the event lifecycle. - Understanding client requirements and briefing internal teams (creative, production, logistics, etc.). - Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and budgets tailored to client needs. - Ensuring timely execution of event deliverables by coordinating with internal departments and vendors. - Maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and support. - Managing event timelines, schedules, and budgets effectively. - Working on pitches and proposals to secure new business. - Handling feedback, issues, or changes requested by clients promptly and professionally. - Tracking project milestones and ensuring complete and accurate documentation. - Maintaining data for both new and existing clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field. - Freshers or individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in client service, preferably in events, advertising, or media. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. - The ability to remain calm under pressure and proactively solve problems. - Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends, when required.
