Role Description

The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the individual will manage client relationships, understand client needs, and ensure successful event execution. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with team members, and preparing and delivering presentations. The role requires active communication with clients to maintain strong partnerships and to address their requirements effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to manage client needs and build lasting partnerships
• Proficiency in developing and delivering impactful Presentations
• Experience in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
• Knowledge of Account Management to oversee project deliverables and budgets
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Background in event management or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
