Key Responsibilities:

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored solutions

✔ Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with internal teams

✔ Understand and implement regulatory guidelines related to Foreign Investments

✔ Track and manage NAV releases with Fund Accountants

✔ Handle client queries efficiently and professionally

✔ Coordinate fee calculations with Finance and Accounting teams

✔ Process subscriptions/redemptions with Operations teams

✔ Liaise with custodians, distributors, and referral agents for onboarding and fund transfers

✔ Maintain accurate client databases and support new account setups (FPI, FII, AIFs, etc.)

✔ Provide end-to-end support for both domestic and overseas client onboarding
