Client Relationship Associate


📌 In this role, you’ll:


  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, resolve queries, and keep their information updated.
  • Reach out to clients regularly, understand their needs, and offer suitable firm services (digital tools, online access, cash management, etc.).
  • Onboard new clients by collecting necessary documents and information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings.
  • Coordinate with team members and share resources for better client service.
  • Stay updated through training on company policies, processes, and industry trends.
  • Assist in placing client orders and handling day-to-day admin tasks like calls, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
