Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Client Services Manager will oversee daily client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing client service processes. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, maintaining customer service standards, analyzing client needs, and developing solutions to enhance the client experience. The role also involves collaborating with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and managing the overall client relationship lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Client Services skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficient Analytical Skills for understanding client needs and developing solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the digital or event management industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
