As the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects run smoothly, client expectations are exceeded and long-term relationships are nurtured. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and participating in pitches or presentations when needed

- ⁠Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor

- ⁠Understand client requirements and translate them into clear, actionable design briefs for internal teams

- ⁠Oversee design projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with client expectations

- ⁠Keep clients updated on project milestones, gather and incorporate feedback and prepare regular progress reports for internal and client-facing meetings

- ⁠Work closely with designers, project managers and other departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects

- ⁠Proactively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty

- ⁠Monitor client performance, identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to overall client success strategies

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach

- ⁠Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- ⁠Proven time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- ⁠Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships

- ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- ⁠Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- ⁠Prior experience in a design or creative environment is a plus
