Job Description

About Us:

Maatrum Technologies is a product-based company specializing in Title Verification and Legal Verification for Real Estate Properties across India. We are a proud sister concern of the renowned Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital Group.

Client Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for client escalations, queries, and service requests.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by ensuring their satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Legal) to resolve issues promptly.
Track, document, and report client escalations and resolutions for process improvement.
Monitor SLAs and ensure timely delivery of client requests.
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest process enhancements.
Share periodic updates and reports with clients regarding their ongoing requests/projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
Good understanding of client relationship management principles.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple escalations simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
17 years of experience in Client Relationship Management / Customer Success / Service Coordination.
Experience in handling escalations or working in a client-facing role is preferred.
