About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively through meetings, visits, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Conduct client meetings and visits to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Draft professional emails, business letters, and communication for clients.

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations using PowerPoint.

Manage and analyze data in Word, Excel, and other reporting tools to support client requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and requirements.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong email drafting and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Ability to present data and ideas clearly during client meetings.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Preferred in Business Administration or related field).

Good time management and multitasking skills.

Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
