Employee Role Description:

Client Relationship Manager

Qualifications & experience required to apply for this job ;

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Experienced in financial consulting, wealth management, or related fields.

3. Knowledge of investment strategies ,financial markets, Banking Products & Insurance market.

4. Ability to analyze and understand client financial needs.

5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

6. Experience in client Acquire & relationship managements.and customer service skills

7.Qualified in Business development , through MBA or BBA.

8. ⁠Filed work experience.

Key Responsibilities of employee:

1. Act as the primary liaison between the business and customers.

2. Ensure existing customers have suitable products, scout new markets, and engage potential leads.

3. Represent the face of the company, handling various tasks from customer relations to competitive analysis.

4. Manage and nurture customer relationships while pursuing new sales avenues.

Work Responsibilities of employee :

1. Lead Generation’s through Tele calling , Social media , Activities in corporate and society’s,Coldcalling etc.

2. Acquire new clients and manage their accounts for better portfolio.

3.Diversify investments as per client needs

4. Drive business development strategies & Growth of the organization.

5. Provide timely reports to clients and management.

6. Identify new opportunities for both existing and prospective clients for business development.

7. Uphold ethical standards in client interactions.

8.Regular research on market,buiness devlopement,investment avanues for client growth.

Desired Skill Sets:

1. He/She must be Excellent in communication skills.

2. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

 We are hiring upto 3 years of experience employees, those who worked in the financial services industry (e.g. portfolio management firms , Banking sector ,Mutual Fund and Insurance industry)
