Role Description

Amazon's Client Profile Management

• Manage and monitor clients’ Amazon business accounts on Seller/Vendor Central.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on portal usage.
• Handle stock & inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and promotional activities.
• Schedule and coordinate orders to maintain timely fulfillment.
• Track account performance and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless account management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of e-commerce and the Amazon platform is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Graduation and Intermediate
• Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous
