Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Executive and Amazon Seller Account Management located in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new sellers to the Amazon platform, assisting them through the registration process, and ensuring they receive confirmed business orders. Daily tasks will include maintaining relationships with sellers, providing continuous support and guidance, and working closely with the team to meet sales targets. The Sales Executive will also help sellers navigate e-commerce complexities to achieve their growth and success goals. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales, customer service, or business development Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and BPO industry Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 💰 Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Amazon's Client Profile Management located in Ranchi. The Account Manager will be responsible for : Manage and monitor clients’ Amazon business accounts on Seller/Vendor Central. Provide training and guidance to clients on portal usage. Handle stock & inventory management to ensure product availability. Manage product listings, pricing updates, and promotional activities. Schedule and coordinate orders to maintain timely fulfillment. Track account performance and resolve operational issues. Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless account management. Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Knowledge of e-commerce and the Amazon platform is a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Graduation and Intermediate Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous 💰 Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
