Client Relationship Manager

Designation: Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and acquire new clients for mutual funds, FD, loans, and insurance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable products.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide regular updates on market trends and investment opportunities.
• Address client queries and concerns regarding financial products.

Product Knowledge & Advisory:

• Stay updated on mutual fund schemes, FD rates, loan offerings, and insurance policies.
• Educate clients on financial planning and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless processing of investments and loans.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, FD, loans, and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
