• Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and report on account status.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, market trends, and technical specifications.
• Lead presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Skills

• Proven experience in account management with a focus on client satisfaction.

• Background in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
