1. 🧠 CRM Management : Set up and maintain a simple CRM system to track leads, customers, and follow-ups Segment customers based on purchase behavior, geography, or interests Create and maintain customer databases (new, active, inactive, VIPs, etc.) Regularly update interaction logs and follow-up status Analyze customer journey and suggest touchpoint improvements 2. 📲 WhatsApp Marketing & Bulk MessagingPlan and execute daily WhatsApp and bulk SMS/email campaigns using tools like Interakt, Wati, etc. Automate customer journeys (welcome, feedback, reminders, special offers) Handle replies to promotional messages, offer details, and customer queries Monitor response rates and optimize based on analytics 3. 👥 Customer Engagement & Support Respond to customer messages across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and emails Offer real-time support and maintain professional tone and response time Follow up with past customers for repeat orders, feedback, or upselling Build relationships and provide a personalized experience 4. 🌐 Community BuildingCreate and manage WhatsApp/Telegram communities of customers and loyal fans Share valuable content, updates, promotions, and engage customers regularly Run contests, polls, and feedback campaigns to make the community interactive Plan and run referral and loyalty initiatives 5. 📊 Campaign & Performance Reporting : Track campaign open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and customer responses Share weekly reports and insights on engagement and retention Recommend improvements and new campaign ideas
