Job Description

Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) – Media & Publishing Job Purpose:To manage post-sale client relationships by ensuring smooth onboarding, timely delivery ofcontracted services, and high client satisfaction. The CRM acts as the main point of contact forall existing clients, ensuring value delivery and maintaining long-term business associations. Experience:2–4 years in client servicing, media account management, or publishing coordination.Qualification:Graduate in Commerce, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field. Key Responsibilities:● Client Onboarding: Coordinate internal handover from sales/pre-sales and guide theclient through the onboarding process, including briefing and scheduling deliverables.● Contract Fulfilment: Understand client contracts in detail and ensure all components(print ads, digital banners, social media posts, sponsored stories) are delivered ascommitted.● Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with design, editorial, accounts, andproduction teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of client deliverables.● Client Communication: Serve as the go-to contact for clients, answering queries,managing expectations, sharing updates, and maintaining engagement throughout thecampaign.● Reporting & Documentation: Maintain updated records of deliverables, timelines,communication, and campaign status. Share monthly reports with internal and externalstakeholders.● Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or complaints with urgency,ensuring satisfaction while maintaining internal accountability. ● Renewals & Upselling: Track contract expiry timelines, initiate renewal discussions,and highlight additional advertising opportunities based on client needs.● Feedback Collection: Post-campaign, collect structured feedback and pass on insightsto the team to improve product/service offerings. Key Skills & Competencies:● Excellent verbal & written communication skills● Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities● Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities● Problem-solving attitude and client empathy● Knowledge of media deliverables (print, digital, social)● Proficiency in Google Workspace & MS Office● Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel trackers
