Job Description

About the Role:

As a Client Relationship Executive you'll build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service to our customers while driving sustainable transportation solutions. You'll be the key point of contact in addressing client needs and uncovering opportunities for growth in the rapidly evolving EV space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and proactively managing their expectations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through our processes, and helping them get the most out of our products/services.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention, loyalty, and overall business growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Service Delivery Monitoring: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients, working closely with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Client Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback to understand their needs and work with the internal team to enhance service offerings.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback for reporting purposes. Generate and present reports on client status, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure the client’s needs are being met and to enhance service delivery.
  • Up-Selling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit the client, contributing to business growth.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations and attend meetings, events, and conferences as needed (local and/or regional travel).


Mandatory Requirements:

  • English Speaking Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively manage client interactions and communicate across teams.
  • Travel Requirement: This role involves mandatory travel for client visits, meetings, and other business-related events. Travel may be local (intra-state) or regional (interstate) depending on the client base.
  • Educational Qualification: MBA Graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Educational Qualification: MBA (Freshers) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Passion for building strong client relationships and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying challenges and providing practical, timely solutions for clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize client needs efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to stay organized and handle client inquiries, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools is a plus.
  • Preferred Candidates: Males, as this role has mandatory local and regional travelling requirements.
