We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Customer Success & Sales Operations Specialist to be a key point of contact for our customers. This role will combine exceptional customer support with proactive sales engagement and operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in understanding customer needs, identifying business opportunities, guiding them through solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to sales support.
Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests to the appropriate person or office. Mail & Deliveries: Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and coordinate with courier services. Data Entry: Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets (e.g., employee directories, expense logs). Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with office vendors (cleaners, internet providers, maintenance) to ensure facility standards are met.
