Role Overview:

As a Partner Success Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partner locations. You’ll ensure smooth onboarding, timely follow-ups, and long-term satisfaction of our partner venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential partner locations (cafés, restaurants, hospitals, colleges, etc.)
• Ensure successful installation of Urja Box kiosks and provide basic training to staff on usage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site owners/managers.
• Visit existing sites to gather feedback and ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with the operations & tech team for issue resolution.
• Maintain partner data, follow-up logs, and reports in CRM.
• Identify upsell opportunities or event-based placement of kiosks.

Requirements:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally (bike preferred)
• Good negotiation & relationship management ability
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
• Experience in on-ground sales or partnerships is a plus
