Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between Hitachi Vantara and client stakeholders.
Oversee strategic execution of the ITSA, and HWaaS contract and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Lead and establish governance forums including the Capacity Management Working Group and quarterly business reviews.
Ensure delivery of financial commitments including Total Minimum Commitment and rebate mechanisms.
Support deployment planning across global territories and facilitate escalation resolution.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement aligned with our clients IT strategy.

Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise account leadership experience in IT services or infrastructure.
Proven track record managing enterprise multiyear contracts and global delivery programs.
Strong understanding of consumption-based infrastructure models and enterprise SLAs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
MBA preferred
