Job Description

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Acquisition & Delivery Manager to drive new business growth and manage research project execution. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, has a deep understanding of market research solutions, and thrives on both sales and delivery excellence.


Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition:


Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in sectors needing consumer insights (FMCG, Retail, D2C, Healthcare, Education, etc.)

  • Pitch our research services and agile insights services to decision-makers (CMOs, brand managers, product teams, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound efforts, partnerships, and inbound leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations customized to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.

Research Project Delivery:


  • Understand client objectives and translate them into clear research briefs.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of quantitative research projects end-to-end.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external panel providers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Analyze data (with analyst support if needed) and present insights in client-ready reports or dashboards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Research, or related field.
    • 2+ years experience in B2B client servicing, business development, or market research.
    • Familiarity with consumer insights, survey tools, and agile research methods.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.


    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with survey platforms like Cint, Purespectrum, Sago, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Lucid, or similar.
    • Prior experience working with research agencies or SaaS platforms.
    • Strong network in marketing/brand/research roles across industries.
