Civil Resource Manager

We are looking for a Civil Resource Manager who will be responsible for the data analysis needed for various construction, development, and legal projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards. He should have experience in using specialized equipment and techniques to gather data about land features, boundaries, and topography, creating accurate maps and reports for various purposes, which can be used in construction, land development, and legal proceedings.

Engineer duties and responsibilities

Orchestrating Surveys

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Identifying Land Features:

  Determining land boundaries, markers, and existing infrastructure to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Collaboration:

  Working with Project Development team, Project Manager/Director, and architects to provide survey information for project planning and construction.

• Site Assessment:

  Evaluating site suitability, analyzing topography, and assessing potential risks for project feasibility.

• Report Preparation:

  Preparing survey documents, including plats and legal descriptions.

• Compliance:

  Ensuring all work adheres to legal and regulatory standards.

• Optimisation

  : of T/L Length & PSS Location.

• RFQ Preparation

  : Topo Survey, Hydrology Requirement, T/L Route Survey, EHV T/L

• GO Application

  : Topo Sheet Preparation.

• Offer Evaluation

  : Assist in Vendor Finalization for T/L & Survey work.

Key skills

• Technical Proficiency:

  Experience with surveying equipment (GPS, TS etc.), GIS systems, Preferred CAD software.

• Mathematical Skills:

  Strong mathematical and analytical skills for calculations and data interpretation.

• Problem-Solving:-

  Ability to identify and solve problems related to land surveying and data analysis for resource optimisation.

• Communication:

  Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting findings to Internal & External Stakeholders.

• Attention to Detail:

  Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and data collection.

• Organizational Skills:

  Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain records & Reports.

• Physical Stamina:

  Ability to work outdoors, sometimes in challenging conditions, and potentially travel to different sites even in Extreme terrain.

Requirements and qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil with min 10-12 yr experience or Diploma in Civil with min 20 yr experience.
• Extensive prior experience in Prefeasiblity & Feasiblity assessment of Site & EHV T/L.
• Fearless - not afraid to suggest or back big ideas however disruptive they may be.
