Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute high-impact sales and business growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

·      Lead and manage city-wide operations and logistics, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency.

·      Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams to consistently deliver results.

·      Drive territory development and expand business presence across new markets.

·      Leverage data and insights to inform business decisions, improve KPIs, and enhance performance.

·      Strengthen client relationships by delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Requirements

·      10+ years of experience in Sales & Operations, preferably in automotive, EV mobility, or related industries.

·      Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering operational excellence.

·      Strong experience in fleet management, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.

·      Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·      Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
