Job Title: Fleet Operations Executive Location: Chennai (with monthly travel to Hyderabad, Bangalore & Goa) Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Fleet Operations Executive to ensure the smooth functioning of our fleet operations in Chennai and across key locations. The role involves closely coordinating with fleet operators, resolving operational issues, ensuring compliance, and optimizing day-to-day performance. The candidate should be open to monthly travel to Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Goa to support local fleet partners. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with fleet operators for smooth day-to-day operations Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and documentation compliance Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly Conduct monthly visits to Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Goa for on-ground coordination Provide regular reports and operational insights to the central team Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in fleet/logistics/operations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel regularly Proficiency in MS Excel and operations tracking tools Show more Show less
