As a Fleet Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the punctuality, availability, and readiness of vehicles as per contract terms. Your responsibilities will include tracking daily operational performance, maintaining reports, and overseeing compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for route planning to maximize profitability, reduce costs, and enhance fleet efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Fleet Operations: Ensure vehicles are punctual, available, and ready as per contract. Track daily operational performance and maintain reports (MIS) - Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of charging equipment and other fleet assets. - Route Optimization & Cost Control: Plan routes to maximize profitability, reduce costs, and improve fleet efficiency. - Team Development: Lead driver and technical training, assess competencies, and implement process improvements. - Fleet Uptime & Support: Coordinate with technical teams to keep fleet running smoothly and address any technical issues promptly. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in managing fleet operations (experience with electric vehicles is a plus). - BTech degree. - Strong knowledge of fleet optimization, vendor management, and route planning. - Ability to manage budgets, reduce operational costs, and drive profitability. - Strong organizational and communication skills. In this role, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule will be during day and morning shifts. The educational requirement for this position is a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Fleet Operations is required. The work location will be in person.
