Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Fleet Operations Executive to manage day-to-day fleet and driver operations, ensure smooth site/hub functioning, and maintain high operational efficiency. The role involves close coordination with drivers, maintenance teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations including vehicle allocation, route planning, and site coordination.
• Supervise and monitor drivers’ attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle readiness and timely servicing.
• Track fleet movement using GPS systems and ensure optimal vehicle utilization.
• Handle driver documentation such as licenses, permits, and compliance records.
• Manage driver payouts, incentives, and payment recoveries as per company guidelines.
• Address driver concerns and support engagement to maintain morale and productivity.
• Prepare operational reports, checklists, and daily MIS documentation.
• Conduct audits and identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operational execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of fleet operations, hub/site management, and driver coordination
• Basic understanding of GPS tracking and vehicle management systems
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Good communication and people-handling abilities
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Pursuing or completed)
• 1+ year experience in fleet operations, logistics, or transportation operations preferred
