Job Title: Fleet Operations Executive

Location: Hosur / Nelamangala

Education: any graduate

Experience: 2+ years

On-Ground Operations & Coordination

1. Monitor and manage daily vehicle movements for pickups and deliveries.
2. Coordinate with drivers, fleet owners, vendors and warehouse staff to ensure dispatches are made on time.
3. Obtain vehicle rates from the fleet/transport team within the agreed internal TAT to ensure timely client quotes.
4. Track shipments in real time and address route delays, breakdowns, or other issues promptly.
5. Ensure all deliveries are executed within agreed SLA timelines for pickup, transit, and delivery.
6. Ensure accurate preparation and verification of LR (Lorry Receipt), E-way bills, and POD (Proof of Delivery).
7. Collect and submit PODs to the internal team within defined timelines.
8. Act as the on-ground point of contact for clients during loading/unloading.
9. Coordinate with vendors for vehicle arrangements and rate negotiations
10. Handle escalations from clients or vendors.
11. Manage operational incidents such as damages, shortages, or delays.
12. Report daily operations status, trip closures, and pending PODs to the operations manager.
