City Manager

We are looking for a proactive and business-savvy City Head with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead and oversee city-wide operations. This role blends strategic leadership with strong hands-on involvement in accounts management, sales and marketing, debt recovery, and acting as a right-hand support (EA) to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Operations & Strategy

• Drive growth and profitability in the city
• Develop and execute city-level business strategies aligned with company goals
• Act as the key point of contact between city operations and head office

2. Accounts Handling & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities: billing, receivables, expenses
• Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits, compliance, and tax-related work
• Maintain financial records and ensure timely reporting

3. Sales & Marketing

• Generate leads and drive sales conversions
• Plan and implement local marketing strategies to build brand visibility
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

4. Debt Recovery

• Follow up on outstanding payments and recover dues from clients/customers
• Build rapport with clients while maintaining strong credit control
• Maintain debt recovery MIS and update the leadership regularly

5. Executive Assistant Functions

• Assist the CA and leadership team in managing schedules, follow-ups, and documentation
• Prepare financial summaries, reports, and presentations
• Support in internal coordination, project management, and decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
