Role Overview

high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Manager

on-ground sales exposure in fintech, payment gateways, or EDC solutions

Key Responsibilities

• 👥 Lead, coach, and motivate a team of

  Business Development Executives (BDEs)

  to achieve merchant acquisition and activation targets
• 🗺️ Plan and execute

  field sales strategies

  to drive adoption of the

  Innoviti Link Payment Collection App

• 📊 Track daily field activities, productivity metrics, and ensure timely reporting
• 🤝 Accompany BDEs on merchant meetings and resolve on-ground challenges
• ⚙️ Ensure smooth

  merchant onboarding, activation, and training

• 📈 Monitor market trends and competitor activity; share actionable insights with leadership
• ✅ Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines
• 🔗 Build and sustain strong relationships with merchants and key stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• 🎓 Graduate in any discipline (Business / Commerce / Finance preferred)
• 💼 5 years plus Years of experience in

  field sales, merchant acquisition, or business development

• 💳 Prior exposure to

  Fintech / Payment Gateway / EDC / QR-based solutions

  is highly preferred
• 👥 Proven experience in

  team handling and field sales management

• 🗣️ Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• 🎯 Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• 🚴 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• 📱
